Partners International Business is a program of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Together with fourteen companies, the goal is to promote Dutch flood‑protection solutions in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs collaborates with the Dutch diplomatic posts in Miami and Houston.

The program runs for three years, and the expected total revenue is projected to be ten times the invested cost.
